Project Description:

Conceptualized as a sports complex, our client developed a site that would house two well know local venues: The Hive and One Healthy Bod Fitness. The scope of work included the coordination of the shell structure and complete build out of the two tenant spaces. The Hive is an AAU basketball club, featuring 26,335 SF of space including 3 basketball courts, training room and ancillary spaces. OHB Fitness is comprised of over 15,000 SF of space including free weights, cardio machines, locker rooms, juice bar and is home of the Thunder Girls aerobics center.
