Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral

Client: Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Location: Duncan, OK

Construction Type: Restoration

Project Description:

Originally built in 1923, this masonry load bearing structure with cast stone detailing suffered interior water damage due to poor exterior repairs made over the course of 90 years. We were contracted to evaluate the existing conditions and determine which construction assemblies were failing. The scope of work included replacing cast stone caps at both roof and buttress lines, replacing associated copper flashing, removing inferior caulking, tuck/pointing brick and stone, and new roofing and new gutters.
