Client Goals:

The first stage of the project was to stabilize the existing structures due to foundation shifting and deterioration. The original sandstone foundation was repaired where it was possible, due to the historic nature of the house. Where

repairs were not feasible, the sandstone was replaced with conventional concrete foundations. Later when additional funding was available, the second floor plaster was repaired/replace.
